Come on you Cape Verde Developers, wake up will you?

What makes you think people are willing to pay 3 times MORE for a property in a 3rd world country that has NO FOOD, No SHOPS, NOTHING!!! So much so everything has to be imported!

Stop the HYPE!!!!

I can buy a very nice property in Cyprus, which has everything, AND people speak English!!! And it has just as much sunshine! and guess what, there's NO TAX to pay there either!

It's little wonder that most of the developments in Cape Verde never happened or are now in trouble, do you really think us brits are that thick?

Your developments are nice, but they are NOT worth it, you build 20 flats in one block and ask 250,000 each for them! hahahah, its no wonder none of them sold!

Drop your price to £20K each and you will shift them.... simples...
